The Upper Limit Readiness Camp is for Grades 6 & 7 (Entering in Fall 2026). It is designed to be an intro to the weight room and to work on the form of each lift. It will run from June 1st - July 30th and be on every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am-10am. Checks are payable to LPA Public Schools. We are providing opportunities for all LPA students, age 5 through 19, to play summer baseball.
Congratulations to Leif Shervey for placing 5th at the Hamline Elite Meet and extending his LPA record in the 100 Meter Dash to a blazing 10.64.
In the arts, Josh, Lily, and Mara had their work displayed at the MSHSL 6A Regionals at the New York Mills Cultural Center. A special shout-out to Lily and Mara for earning Excellence ratings in Painting and Printmaking. The Art Club has also finished their quilt with help from Ms. Moller and Pat Moller, and fabric donated by Stephanie Poegel. The quilt will be auctioned off on April 28th during our 2nd annual Arts Showcase night.
Finally, we want to recognize this week’s Leadership, Pride, and Achievement winners: Khloe Simon, Brayden Bergman, Sam Skogen, and Lily Haugrud.

Congratulations to our Speech team for an incredible showing at Sections! Mara Bestge (1st - Inform) and Addison Lynde (1st - Dramatic Interp) are both advancing to State next weekend. We also celebrate Jadelyn Hjelmstad (5th) and Haley Sandland (7th) for their hard work and great performances.
Our students also traveled to the career fair in Mahnomen, where they explored various career paths and participated in hands-on activities like mock surgery.
Finally, we want to recognize our PBIS Winners from the last two weeks: Korah Crabtree, Madeline Huseby, Camden Kleven, Jaston Schlauderaff, Courtney Francis, Grant Francis, and Arya Morton.
