The Elementary students have started to partner up with their classroom buddies! Miss Sapa's 2nd graders got together with Mrs. Frank's 3rd graders for a fun "Get to Know You" Activity. They sure are looking forward to hanging out with each other for more fun activities and learning opportunities throughout the year!

Time to Feed the YETI!

Huge thanks to Kraig and Marie Nelson for partnering with our 2nd graders to teach them about agriculture! They had the opportunity to ride in the combine and grain cart at a cornfield in Audubon. They learned about corn yields, how the combine runs, and where the corn goes after it is taken out of the field. We look forward to our next session with the Nelson Farm Family!

Mr. Bahr rarely runs out of things to say, but it was difficult to express how amazing Grandparents Day was! A minimum of one hundred guests approached him to compliment the school, staff, building, and children on their excellence. Events such as Grandparents Day provide us with an amazing chance to tell our communities what a wonderful place our school is for children.A big THANK YOU to our team; their influence was far bigger than other district outreach programs.

The girls' youth fall basketball camp will be conducted at the Lake Park High School beginning today. A transportation pass to the high school can be obtained from Barb through the following means: contact her via email at BJenson@lpa.k12.mn.us or by phone at 218-325.0754.
