May High School Newsletter

From the Principal’s Corner…

May is always crazy and exciting as we try to put an exclamation point on the year, especially for our seniors as they enter the last month of their careers. Thank you all for the support and patience shown these past eight months. We have had successes and some challenges, yet despite all, we continued to work hard to ensure our student's safety and educational needs.

I owe countless people an expression of gratitude. Our students have proved robust and resilient. Our faculty and staff have made an enormous difference to our students. Their commitment is outstanding, and our kids are beneficiaries. Thank our parents/guardians and community members for supporting our students and school. Our work together makes us a “RAIDER NATION”!

The weather has put a damper on our spring sports, and we hope it will change in May so our students can enjoy time with their teammates. Contact Sherri Lefebvre if you have questions about our spring activities. Here are our LPA events, bookmark http://www.pinetoprairieconference.org. You may choose the events you want to receive notifications.

The last school day will be Thursday, May 25th, with a 12:00 pm early dismissal. Graduation will be Saturday, May 20th, @ 2 pm at the High School. Please continue supporting and encouraging our students to finish the school year strong. Stay posted to our school website for updates and communications as we finish the school year and summer opportunities. Thank you for your support!
