This letter is to formally recognize that Audubon Elementary School, through its administration and staff , is working in collaboration with the Audubon Community Network (ACN) to support the Haunted Trail event scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 6:00–9:00 PM at the LPA Nature Trail, located behind Audubon Elementary School.
The Haunted Trail is a community event designed to bring families, students, and residents together for a safe and enjoyable seasonal celebration. ACN, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is responsible for organizing and hosting the event. The school’s support includes access to the trail area, coordination with staff and volunteers, and encouragement of student and family involvement.
We value this partnership and look forward to working together to ensure that the Haunted Trail continues to be a safe, positive, and fun event for our students, families, and community.
