Fall Football Training Information
First things first, do not be discouraged about the circumstances we find ourselves in.
Although the movement of the football season from the fall to spring comes as a
disappointment to most, do not let this adversity deter you from improving over this time.
I assure you that LPA Football will not run away from the situation we find ourselves in.
We look forward to continuing the momentum built from this summer during drills,
practices, and team camp.

WEIGHT LIFTING INFORMATION 7-12:
We would like to make weight training a strong priority for athletes over this time
Discussions about how this will look are in the process as we must get coaches
on board and gauge interest for the numbers we will have.
The plan is to make the weight room and athletic strength training as available as
possible and really take advantage of this extra time we have.
This program will start on the first day of school. More details on speed and
strength training will come out soon. Training sessions would be held in the
mornings before school and would be available to grades 7-12.
